INTRODUCTION

My name is Victoria Mone’t I chose to grow up faster & work a little harder than usual. My parents said that I have always been independent and knew what I wanted out of life. I’ve been exposed to lots of music, art, dance and people who enjoy the arts. I was born in Dallas, Texas and moved to Chicago when I was seven years old.  At that age I was a part of the Acclaimed Dancers. I learned so much about being a team player at such a young age.  As I got a little older I joined the drama team at LWCC and was in several of their productions. In my teenage years I joined the Breakdown Dance group, we traveled all over Chicago and Indiana to entertain our age group and encourage them to make good decisions, be celibate and make a difference. 

After moving to Houston things changed. Apart of the independence and experience in “Entertaining”,  I took a total 360. i chose to move out of my parents’ house the day before high school graduation which concluded to me becoming an exotic dancer. The decision wasn’t made to be in it for a lifetime. I chose to make a way for that time being, a choice in my life for my own reasons. I decided to share my experience with you because I learned a lot and experienced some interesting & painful things. Everything I learned taught me some much about life. From dealing with Gorilla/Romeo pimps , abuse, molestation. I was consistently getting used by fake friends and people around me. The good side of everything, I became stronger and it allowed me to focus on finding and following exactly what I wanted in life, because I wanted better for myself. This book is an explanation and warning for those who go into this lifestyle without complete understanding.
